Terms & Conditions For Attendees, Exhibitors, and Student Participants Effective Date: 1/01/2026 Event Location: BALTIMORE CONVENTIONS CENTER 1 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland Organizer: Latino Builders Conference LLC (referred to as “Organizer,” “We,” or “Us”) 1. General Agreement By registering for, attending, or participating in the Latino Builders Show (“Event”), all individuals (Attendees, Exhibitors, and Students) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 2. Registration & Admission All participants must complete registration and provide accurate information. All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Entry is prohibited for anyone under 18, excluding specific student groups pre-authorized by show management. Photo ID may be requested at the door. Badges or credentials must be worn and visible at all times during the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke admission at its discretion, without refund, for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct. 3. Code of Conduct All participants agree to: Act professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, staff, and vendors. Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Follow all venue rules, safety regulations, and local laws. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and potential ban from future events. 4. Payment & Refund Policy All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the Event. Refunds (if offered) must be requested in writing within the specified refund period. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event; in such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion. 5. Media Release By attending the Event, participants grant the Organizer the right to: Capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings. Use such media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation. 6. Liability Waiver Participants assume all risks associated with attending the Event. The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, sponsors, venue, and partners from any claims arising from participation. 7. Health & Safety Participants agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the Event. Anyone feeling ill or posing a health risk may be asked to leave the Event. 8. Intellectual Property All Event materials, branding, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Latino Builders Conference LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of such materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Latino Builders Conference LLC is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. EXHIBITOR-SPECIFIC TERMS 9. Booth Space & Setup Exhibitors must adhere to assigned booth space and setup guidelines. Booth setup and breakdown must occur within designated times. Exhibitors are responsible for their own materials, equipment, and displays. 10. Compliance & Conduct Exhibitors must comply with all local regulations, permits, and licensing requirements. No unauthorized sales, promotions, or activities outside of assigned areas. Subleasing or sharing booth space without approval is prohibited. 11. Insurance & Liability Exhibitors are encouraged (or required, if applicable) to carry general liability insurance. The Organizer is not responsible for exhibitor property or damages. STUDENT PARTICIPANT TERMS 12. Eligibility Students must provide valid student identification or proof of enrollment. Some areas or sessions may be restricted based on age or experience. 13. Conduct & Participation Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event. 14. Educational Purpose Student access may include workshops, networking opportunities, and educational sessions. The Organizer does not guarantee job placement or employment opportunities. ADDITIONAL TERMS 15. Sponsorship & Partnerships Sponsors and partners must adhere to agreed contractual obligations. Unauthorized representation of the Event brand is prohibited. 16. Force Majeure The Organizer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Government restrictions Acts of terrorism Public health emergencies 17. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request; however, we cannot guarantee the exclusion of incidental appearances in group or wide-angle photography. 4. Process your event registration and manage your attendance. Promote future events, programs, and services that may be of interest to you.
